Your Right to Withdraw

You can return any pair within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without giving an explanation.

How to Return

Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on our Returns & Cancellations page. Sign in with the email you used for your order, then choose the pair and a reason (any reason is fine). You can also email hello@sneaklegacy.com with a clear statement, or use the model form below. Please send the pair back within 14 days of telling us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at your expense. You can return the pair in one of two ways:

• Your own courier. Use a tracked service insured for the full value of the item and keep your tracking number. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Our return label (Italy only). A prepaid, tracked and insured Poste Italiane label for €12, deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returns

Every pair is filmed before it ships and inspected when it comes back. To receive a full refund, it must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and complete with everything it came with, such as the box, dust bag, spare laces and cards. Trying it on indoors is fine. If a pair comes back worn, damaged or incomplete, we deduct the loss in value from your refund, up to the full amount.

Refunds

We refund you within 7 business days of receiving and checking your pair, and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we've received the pair or proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method, at no cost to you. If you added a LegitApp certificate, it's refunded too.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until your order ships: sign in with the email you used for your order and cancel it from the order page, or email hello@sneaklegacy.com with your order number.

Exchanges

Every pair is one of a kind, so we can't exchange sizes. You can return the pair and order a different one.

Faulty Items

This policy doesn't affect your legal guarantee of conformity, described in our Terms of Service.

Vestiaire Collective Orders

Purchases made on Vestiaire Collective are handled by Vestiaire, under their own return policy. Please contact them through your Vestiaire account.
