Who We Are

Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website by consumers aged 18 or over, for delivery within the European Union. Purchases made through Vestiaire Collective are governed by Vestiaire's own terms.

Our Products

Every pair we sell is pre-owned and one of a kind. Each product page shows the condition grade on our five-level scale, any notes on that specific pair, the accessories included, and photos of the actual pair. Pre-owned items carry signs of their age and previous use consistent with their grade. Materials such as soles, adhesives and linings age naturally over time.

Authenticity

Every pair we sell is authentic. We authenticate each one ourselves, in hand and detail by detail, before it is listed. You can add an optional LegitApp digital certificate to your order (€10). It is issued on photos of your pair as it will ship, and we send it to you by email before your order leaves us. If you return the pair, the certificate is refunded too.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and are final, including any applicable taxes. Shipping is free. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your contract with us is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. As every pair is one of a kind, if the same pair is ordered twice at the same moment, the later order is cancelled and refunded in full. You can cancel free of charge until your order ships.

Delivery times, couriers and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. How to do so, return costs and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which includes the model withdrawal form.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

You're covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (articles 128 and following). For pre-owned goods, Italian law allows a shorter guarantee period to be agreed, of no less than one year. By placing an order, you agree that the guarantee lasts 12 months from delivery. It covers defects that existed at the time of delivery. It doesn't cover:

signs of wear or defects disclosed in the condition grade or notes on the product page;
normal wear and tear arising from use after delivery;
damage caused by improper use, care or storage.

Please tell us about a defect within 2 months of discovering it, at hello@sneaklegacy.com. As every pair is one of a kind, replacement isn't possible: we'll first offer a repair, or, where that isn't possible, a price reduction or a refund. If the law of your country of residence gives you more protection, that applies.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the information you provide being accurate.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including texts, photos and the SneakLegacy name and logo, belongs to us and may not be reused without our permission. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with these brands.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. This doesn't deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence.
