01CANCEL AN ORDER
Cancel before it ships
Every order ships within one business day. Until it does, you can cancel it free of charge: sign in with the email you used for your order, open the order and cancel it, or email us with your order number. Once it has shipped, you can return it instead.
02RETURN A PAIR
14 days to change your mind
You can return any pair within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Return shipping is at your expense.

Request your return
Within 14 days of delivery, use the button below. Choose the pair and the reason for your return.

We confirm by email
We send you the return address and instructions.

Send it back
Within 14 days of your request, with a tracked courier insured for the full value, then send us the tracking number. Shipping from Italy? Choose our insured Poste Italiane label for €12, deducted from your refund.

Get your refund
Within 7 business days of receiving and checking your pair, and no later than 14 days after your request, to your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the pair or proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first. A LegitApp certificate is refunded too.
Sign in with the email you used for your order (we'll send you a one-time code, no password needed), open the order and request your return. You can also email us a clear statement, or use the model withdrawal form in our Refund Policy.
Bought through Vestiaire Collective?
Returns are handled by Vestiaire under their own policy. Please request yours through your Vestiaire account.
03HOW WE CHECK RETURNS
Every pair is checked on arrival
Every pair is filmed before it ships and inspected when it comes back. For a full refund, a pair must be:
UNWORN
Tried on indoors only, with no signs of wear on the sole or upper.
IN THE SAME CONDITION
Exactly as you received it, with no new marks, creases or damage.
COMPLETE
With everything it came with: box, dust bag, spare laces and cards.
If a pair comes back worn, damaged or incomplete, we deduct the loss in value from your refund, up to the full amount.
