Payment confirmation details. We never see or store your card details.

Why We Use It, and on What Legal Basis

To process and deliver your orders, returns and support requests: performance of the contract.
To meet accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
To prevent fraud, secure our store and defend our rights: legitimate interest.
To send you our newsletter, if you subscribe: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Who We Share It With

Shopify, which hosts our store;

Relationship With Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. How Long We Keep It

Order and invoice data: 10 years, as required by Italian law.
Account data: until you delete your account.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Support communications: up to 24 months.

International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing, by emailing hello@sneaklegacy.com. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority in your country.
