Where We Ship

We ship from Italy to every country in the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order. Since we ship from within the EU, there are no customs duties or import charges.

Processing Time

Every order ships within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays ship on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Italy: 1–2 business days. Rest of the EU: 2–4 business days. These are courier estimates. In any case, we deliver within 30 days of your order. If we can't, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Couriers & Tracking

We ship with Poste Italiane within Italy and FedEx to the rest of the EU, and may occasionally use another trusted tracked courier. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your pair ships. Every order is delivered against signature.

Packaging

Every pair is packed in its box, when included, inside a protective shipping carton. Before it leaves us, every pair is filmed so its condition on departure is documented.

Delivery Address

Please check your address at checkout. We can change it only before your order ships: email hello@sneaklegacy.com with your order number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If the parcel looks damaged on delivery, please note it with the courier and email us within 48 hours with a few photos. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Orders placed on Vestiaire Collective are shipped and handled under Vestiaire's own terms.
